We invite you to join our online self-paced FSSC 22000 Version 6 course for food manufacturing. This course provides a basic overview of the FSSC 22000 Version 6 requirements for food manufacturing.

A brief overview of the Technical Specification (ISO/TS 22002-1) / PRPs for Food Manufacturing.

MODULE 5: AN OVERVIEW OF THE FSSC 22000 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD MANUFACTURING
A brief overview of the FSSC 22000 additional requirements for food manufacturing.

FINAL ASESSEMENT – 3 PART
Introduction to FSSC 22000 for food manufacturing final assessment consisting of 3 parts.

The course was very informative and I did learn things that I did not know. Only recommendation would be to give more time to complete tests as the time given is very short and one has to rush to get it done and then mistakes occur.

I would highly recommend this as a refresher course. It also provides a good introduction but one must know haccp before attempting the course and the quizes.
I did enjoy the course, some parts were a bit harder than other parts, i did have to depend on my own notes a lot. I did have some background knowledge of Food Safety so that also helped me a lot.
