The practical food defence course. Not what food defence is, but how to build the threat assessment and the plan, using the same method and scoring discipline an auditor will test you against.
Four modules, twenty three lessons, three knowledge checks, four games, a graded practical assessment and a final assessment. You score four threat actor and access point pairings for a case study site online, receive coaching notes on your first attempt rather than a model answer, then re-attempt. Your own marked threat assessment is yours to download at the end.
