The practical food fraud course. Not what food fraud is, but how to build the vulnerability assessment and the mitigation plan, using the same method and scoring discipline an auditor will test you against.
Four modules, twenty two lessons, three knowledge checks, two games, a graded practical assessment and a final assessment. You score three material groups for a case study manufacturer online, receive coaching notes on your first attempt rather than a model answer, then re-attempt. Your own marked vulnerability assessment is yours to download at the end.
