Zone it: the Mzansi Fresh Meals high care hall
Tap a numbered site on the plan, then choose its zone with the two question rule from lesson 3.1: can exposed product touch it after the kill step (Zone 1)? Could something on it reach product in one step, by a hand, a drip, a splash or a tool (Zone 2)? Same room, further away (Zone 3)? Outside the room (Zone 4)?
