The advanced environmental monitoring course that takes you from zoning and swabbing to the positive and the CAPA, and leaves you with your own generated environmental monitoring risk assessment in the ASC RA19 structure. Codex CXG 61 Annex I, FSSC 22000 V7 clause 2.5.7, BRCGS Issue 9, ISO 18593, R638. Nine hours, marked in minutes, certificate on completion.

Description

Six modules, twenty five lessons, fifteen narrated videos, twenty two diagrams, fifteen case study packs, six knowledge checks, six games and a proctored final assessment. The organisms in full: the wet chilled pathogens, the dry plant survivors, the toxin formers, the spoilage organisms and the mycotoxins, each with where it lives, the foods it takes and the control that beats it. Then the practical workshop: three sittings in the EMP Programme Builder on a case plant or your own, exporting a complete environmental monitoring risk assessment scored on the 5 x 5 matrix, marked automatically against seven printed criteria. Free EMP package: the generated risk assessment, the schedule matrix workbook, the swab log sheet, the vectoring flowchart, the activity trainers and the learner manual. Approximately nine hours, self paced, with a certificate of completion.
