About Bundle

The complete allergen pathway for a South African food manufacturer, from team awareness to defensible validation evidence. Two self-paced online courses, taken in order, that together take you from “we declare our allergens” to “we can prove our changeover clean removes them”.

You begin with Allergen Management in the Food Supply Chain (4 hours), the foundation your QA, production, NPD and labelling teams share: what an allergen is, the eight groupings Regulation R146 of 2010 requires on a South African label, how cross-contact happens on a line, and how allergen control fits a GFSI-benchmarked food safety management system.

You then take Advanced Allergen Management and Validation (approximately 40 hours, nine modules), the technical tier for the people who must prove the system works: immunology and threshold-dose toxicology, quantitative risk assessment on both the Codex Table A1 and A2 reference doses and VITAL 4.0 ED05, cleaning validation protocol design with swab recovery correction, ELISA, lateral flow, PCR and LC-MS/MS selection and interpretation, hygienic engineering controls, the science of allergen protein removal from air, CIP systems and machinery, crisis management and audit readiness against BRCGS Issue 9 clause 5.3, the South African framework under R146, and export compliance across North America, Europe, the UK, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. It closes with a proctored 90-question competency examination at an 80 percent pass mark.

Buy the two together and save 20 percent. Both courses open in your account the moment you pay, both carry an ASC certificate, and no VAT is charged.
