Write each finding in three parts, the requirement, the objective evidence and the statement, classify it, and send it to an owner with a date. The gate will not pass a nonconformity with no clause, no record in the evidence or a statement that only repeats the requirement. Then review the corrective action responses and read the report as the managing director will. Nothing you type leaves this device until you export it.
