Is your site ready for FSSC 22000 Version 7?

The gaps that catch most sites
The culture plan without a measurable target (2.5.8). The environmental monitoring programme that has not changed in two years because every swab came back negative (2.5.7). The allergen plan with no verification results (2.5.6). The food loss and waste policy with no objectives, targets and timelines, which Version 7 now requires (2.5.16). The checklist puts a record beside each one so you can see what you hold and what you do not.
