Incident Investigation and Corrective Action

Take an incident or a nonconformity through ISO 45001:2018 10.2 a) to g) in order, with the workers who do the task on the team. The reporting checks come from section 24 of the OHS Act, General Administrative Regulations 8 and 9, and section 39(1) of the COID Act. The root cause field will not accept a person as the cause. A near miss is an incident under 3.35 and goes through the same steps, sized to its potential effect. Nothing you type leaves this device until you export it.
