Plan each audit: the activity, the owner, an auditor from another function, the date and times on the shift the work happens, objectives, criteria and scope, methods, sampling and the people you will interview in their languages. ISO 45001 9.2.2 b) asks for criteria and scope; ISO 19011:2026, 5.5.2, adds objectives as guidance.
