An independent ASC Food Safety course explaining the requirements of the Plant-Based Global Standard, Issue 1, for the people who control money, time and priorities on a site making plant-based products. Five modules, five knowledge checks, five scenario games, five case studies and a final assessment.
This course is not a BRCGS course and is not endorsed by or affiliated with BRCGS. The certificate issued on passing is an ASC Food Safety course completion certificate and is not a BRCGS qualification. It does not replace the BRCGS Plant-Based site training course required for the qualified individual.
