How it works
Eleven modules of 20 to 30 minutes each, about five and a half hours in total. Every module has ready-to-use phrases, on-shift practice tasks to complete with a colleague or supervisor, and a quiz (75% to pass). A 20-question final assessment (80% to pass) closes the course.
This is a non-accredited short course. It builds staff awareness and service skills and does not certify a kitchen as Halal or Kosher; certification is granted only by the recognised religious authorities.
