Implementation of BRCGS for Packaging Materials Issue 7 Course
What Will You Learn?
- Build a BRCGS Packaging Materials Issue 7 system clause by clause, across all seven sections and 269 sub-clauses
- Sequence the nine fundamental requirements first, because they need an evidence history that cannot be compressed
- Run a hazard analysis and risk assessment that separates critical control measures from prerequisite programmes, and validate both
- Write specifications and statements of compliance that survive an audit, including food-contact legality
- Build internal audit, inspection, traceability, recall testing and corrective action systems that find problems before the auditor does
- Control artwork, print and line clearance, the requirements with no real equivalent in food manufacturing
- Apply position statement P708, in effect since 10 August 2026, to clauses 4.4.1 and 4.8.2
- Prepare the site, the evidence and the people for the certification audit, then close non-conformities within the 28 days
